is everything vegan?

Yes. Everything is made without dairy, eggs, and animal products!
However, these items are made in a shared facility that uses eggs and dairy products.
While we do our best to prevent cross-contamination, it is not 100% guaranteed.
If you have a serious allergy, we suggest you do not consume any of our products.
If you need a non-vegan cake, some accomodations can be made. 

how do i care for
my cake?

Cookies and brownies are fine at room temperature but most cakes are not!
If you'd like to display your cake, you can do so for up to one hour.
Tiered cakes and wedding cakes can be displayed for two hours.
Cakes should always be kept in cool places and out of direct sunlight (they will melt!)
The best way to preserve the design and structure of your cake is to keep it refrigerated until 30 minutes before enjoying. This gives you time for photos and allows the cake to warm up a bit before slicing. 

HOW DO I Place a custom ORDER?

For custom items, head over to the "contact" page and fill out the form with as much information and detail as possible. I will get back to you in 48 - 72 hours to chat with you about your order.

After your order has been confirmed through email, you will receive an invoice.

Your order must be paid 10 days prior to the pickup date.

If payment is not received 10 days prior to the pickup date, your order will be canceled.

i placed an order, but can i make a change?

Yes!! I am as indecisive as they come, so I understand changing your mind. If you'd like to modify your cake/cookie flavors or design, just send an email and we'll try to make it work. Changes should be requested 7 days before pickup! Please note that major changes to cake design or size/servings may not be accepted.

how soon should i place my order?

The earlier the better, as I like to be really organized and plan ahead.

The "contact" page lets you know how far in advance I am booked! Sometimes I have cancellations or can squeeze in small cakes, but since we have one baker/decorator (me), there are no guarantees!

do you offer pickup or delivery?

Yes!! Since I don't have a storefront, I will coordinate the delivery or pickup
with you via email once your order is paid for!

what is a pop-up?

Great question! It's basically a traveling/temporary one stop shop, similar to a farmers market. They happen all over so you can catch us in the Houston and Austin area for cookies, brownies, coffee cakes and more! Follow us on Instagram or Facebook for pop-up locations, dates, and updates!
