I have always had a passion for both writing and baking. After attending culinary school and dedicating ten years to gaining

hands-on experience in the baking industry, I finally feel qualified to share what I have learned. My first release is this e-book, filled with recipes of my best-selling desserts. In the later part of 2024, I plan to release 2 more books! The first will be a highly detailed vegan baking book and the second will be a comprehensive guide summarizing what I learned in pastry school and encompassing almost everything I have learned over the past decade.
